Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes to receive your refund may depend on your location relative to ours — domestic customers typically see refunds within 5–10 business days, while international customers may experience longer processing times depending on their bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please send all returns to:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

  • International (27+ countries): Carrier-calculated rates via USPS or DHL Express
  • Rest of World: Free shipping available on select destinations
